A product has to earn its place in someone’s day. We start with a problem people already feel, then build the simplest tool that actually helps.
Privacy, safety, and responsible systems belong in the first version—not as a later patch. If people cannot trust a product, it should not exist.
Good software removes friction. It does not add ceremony, noise, or features that exist only to look impressive.
Each product should be capable of standing on its own as a durable business. We design for longevity, not novelty.
